Sagittarius, Scorpius, Jupiter & the Milky Way
Look at the southern horizon just before dusk during the summer and you'll easliy spot Jupiter. With binoculars (holding them real steady) you can also see 4 of Jupiter's moons. On the opposite horizon you'll see Venus; also viewable before dusk.
