We took our scout troop to Anza-Borrego State Park (about 75 miles inland from Oceanside, CA).  Great time around the campfire Friday night.  Stuart Beck cooked up some Jiffy Pop and we played soccer pinata for Brandon's bday (shoe box wrapped in duct tape and full of candy).  Pancakes and bacon for breakfast and then off to the Oasis hike.  We checked out the wildflowers which are in full bloom.  Then Jon Hirt made some of his famous bagel sandwiches.  Can't wait to return!!!
